Pliot light will not come on model 30 /80solo have turned back to zero waited for 10 sec but will not cone on

Is there any fault light showing?
Sometimes on the solo you may need to hold the reset for a minute or even two to get a reset, if it wont reset then I would guess the pcb board has had it
