I played with the Accessability Options in Windows XP and now window captions have small Minimise, Maximise and Close Buttons and other icons seem slightly larger.
1. Go back to the Accessability Wizard and select normal text size and uncheck all the boxes.
2. Then right-click on your desktop, select Properties. Select the Appearance Tab and select an alternative Color Scheme. Click Apply, then Okay. Once the colour change has taken effect you can repeat this step to restore your normal colour scheme.
