how can i fix my accenta 8 mini?

just moved into a house which has a accenta 8 mini alarm on every now and then internal alarm goes of showing a tamper light i put in the code it turns it off showing a tamper press reset it goes out but the outsde box siren doesn"t sound but it does work as ive heard it
