how can i fix fiat stilo?

the fuse for the air conditionong and radio keeps blowing, local fiat garage are baffled

Prove whether it`s the radio or air-conditioning by not switching on or removing the radio. If the fuse blows again then it is most likely the Air Conditioning .If it doesn`t blow , then it must be the radio,
