how can i fix my hotpoint aquarius extra washer dryer WD63?

it will not drain and spin

Hotpoint Hotpoint WD63 Household Appliances, Washing Machines Washer Dryer Hotpoint Aquarius

if it does not drain,
or spin, then the black pipe from the drum to the pump is more than likly blocked.
had the same trouble, found a 10p coin was blocking it.
