Mend Computer Shut Power

How can I fix my computer?

Everytime I try and shut down I keep getting iexplore.exe com up and I have to keep clicking like mad before it goes. sometimes I have to switch off the power supply to switch off and it is intermittently stopping me going on line help

I am using IE 6.0 and my OS is Windows XP Home Edition. I am very good and looking after the pc and use NOD32 my pc is disc cleaned, defragged and virus scanned every week and I also run spybot any help and advice you can give would be great.

Iexplorer is your internet explorer program. Have you scanned for any worms/viruses/spyware?

You fail to add your operating system and which version of IE your using. If you come back with this info we might be better able to help you.
