my pictures are coming out green wen i print them onto semi glossy paper wh?

i am trying to print out my photographs on semi glossy paper and my hair and skin are coming out green but i dont know why can u help me please?

the red (magenta) ink is out - change the ink cartridge

Emma - what colour is your hair, if blonde then OK if green - you have no problem
