How do i fix my parkard bell pc?(not this one)?

i have used my computer then one day i went to bed but then the next day it diddnt work!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE HELP ME!!!

P.S. Im Using the libary computer right now!

It is like all the pc's from the big shop in the high street, the motherboard has blown along with the power supply. Usually one knocks the other out. Give me an email with full spec details to compdoctor2005@btinternet.com
