how do i re preeirize my ideal he24 it has the stainless steel loop on but has no black handle what do i turn to get the pressure up.

try locate your filling loop, usually a flexiable stainless steel briaded hose with a small black lever handle. Slowly open until your pressure is between 1-1.5 bar.

If pressure continues to drop, you have a leak somewhere, or you safety valve is lifting letting water out (check the overflow outside)

Do not run your boiler with low water, the bangin your hearing is know as kettling, the water volume in you heatexcahnger is so low the water is being allowed to boil and will not do your boiler any favours.
