Mend Combi Boiler Hot Rads

Combi Boilers?

I have a 2 year old combi boiler which seems to have 2 faults.
Firstly when you turn on the hot taps the rads get hot and secondly the rads seem to heat up on there own???

First problem, the diverter valve is stuck letting the hot water circulate to the rads when the boiler is fired for dhw.

Second problem, rads heating on their own, wow now that is an efficient system..must get one...what boiler did you say it is?

When you say rads heating on their own, what do you mean?
that the boiler is firing without a heat demand?
