hi there i dont know if you can help! we have an Samsung sps 1000 till sistem and one till has brock down i would ilke to ethere sort out the one till or get an updeated sistem can you help! A.S.A.P as i need it for my shop im just on an old till at the mo and its not that good

Hi. E9 means printer jam/ failure. Make sure nothing is stuck in the printer, then turn the machine off and on again.
