how do i get the red light off srs airbag on a rover 600 series?

if the fault has occured since the battery has been disconnected or run flat, the system just needs resetting , up by the pedals there is a yellow connector with two terminals , short these together and turn the ignition on , the light will go out after a few seconds remove the short the light will come back on short the wires again , continue this until the light blinks twice - the system is now reset

it means theres something wrong with your airbag you need to take it to a dealer to get it reset!!
