MY DBOX HAS GONE OFF?

MY NOKIA DBOX WENT OFF LAST MONDAY (been scrambled like everyone elses) i have been looking around and i was told that i needed a code or something and i read that i could get them on here somewhere but i am useless on the internet ( well anything electrical really) any help would be really appreaciated
