hotpoint wash m/c wd640 is taking in to much water?

pressure switch faulty, or pipe to the pressure switch blocked with powder residue or pipe may have rubbed a hole in
remove the lid ,find the pressure switch ( round circle thing with wires and a small bore plastic pipe attached) remove the plastic pipe from the switch end now blow down the pipe ( if you go RED pipe is blocked when unblocked ,reattach the pipe try machine again
