How can I fix a problem with my Bosch WFL2860?

3 POSSIBLES
1) washing machine tap needs checking to see its turning off,plastic head may be rounded off inside , remove plastic head turn tap off with pliers does this cure fault if yes replace the tap head.
2) inlet solenoid washer may have grit around seating or the rubber maybe swollen hold the washer off its seating may have to change the inlet solenoid
3) check if machine is connected to the sink u bend if yes raise the height of the waste pipe between the u bend and washer this prevents the SINK FILLING the machine
