If I may generalise? I don't know this particular make in the UK. At the bottom of the steering column there is a toothed quadrant with a steel arm fixed to it. This arm connects to one of the front wheels via a rod, and the other front wheel has another rod that connects the two together. I guess one of the rods has come away, so its worth checking it all. For a general motor service, change the engine oil (and filter if it has one), change or clean the air filter element and fit a new spark plug. Hope this helps!
