fault code for blaupunkt car radio?

If you already have the radio code , then would suggest that you disconnect the battery or fuse from the radio , then reconnect and re-enter the radio code.
Post here with result.

note: If you don`t have the radio code, post here with all the Serial Numbers found on the side of the radio
