My hotpoint aquarius WF340 has lights flashing on front and wont go how do?

My hotpoint WF340 wont go it flashes on the front control panel and has to be turned of at the socket. Is it the pump?HELP!!!!!

My washer is doing the same thing, the rinse hold light and the power light flash and it won't go any further than a wash. Reprogramming it and starting it up again on a rinse cycle results in the same problem! If anyone can help us it would be a massive help!
