how can i stop my air bag light flashing in my 1996 ford mondeo 1.6 16 valv?

i have checked fuses under bonnet and under in behind glove box iv been told it is on a sepperate line somewere and its a yellow wire with a fuse cos my car is early model without the under seat ankoridge its just a single air bag driver the light flashes every 5 seconds can any 1 help me please ........thanks from lee./
