How can I tighten or replace my washing machine belt on my Amana Model#LWM433W?

Well, many Amanas (like mine) are designed to slip until the tub reaches a certain spin speed - otherwise it will sling water over the tub before it can pump it out. If you're having excessive slipping, you may need a new belt or tensioner spring.
