Our potterton netaheat boiler is not heating our radiators?
It is managing to heat our hot water but our radiators are stone cold. I have been round and bled them all and can't work out the problem. An unidentified silver box in the airing cupboard is ticking.... is this a pump? why does your heating always pack in when it snows??! I'd appreciate any help!! thanks
our rads are warming up slowly having been stone cold for three days, great tips thanks for such a speedy response, greatly and warmly appreciated!!!

IT SOUNDS AS IF IT IT A MOTORISED VALVE TO GET YOUR HEATING TO RUN TEMPERALY THERE IS A LEVER ON THE SIDE. PUSH IT TO THE OPPOSIT SIDE OF VALVE, IT SHOULD SLIDE INTO A CUT OUT. THIS WILL GIVE YOU HOT WATER AND HEATING. IT PUTS THE VALVE IN A MID POSSISION. YOU WILL NEED A NEW MOTOR FOR THE VALVE PROB'
