I have an ideal istor boiler that stopped working last night both the hot water and CH, not even hot water on emersion heater either,
The display next to the power button is not lit up and look like no power to the boiler, Altho the timer is lit up.
however i have tested power at the switch and checked it is switching, also check power at various points.
the drawing shows a internal fuse but i cant find it,
any suggestions??
Had a plumber round today - still cold - who stated, categorically, that it is the 'PCB board' within the boiler. Basically, I think that is the electronics board within the boiler. Ideal have these on the van but a plumber will wait 2-3 weeks as the boiler is fairly new and bits are not in the re-sale market yet.
I have an Ideal engineer coming round tomorrow.

I have the same problem. Had an Ideal engineer out end of last week who replaced the pump and it worked OK until Sunday/Monday early when I left for work. Returned Wednesday evening and no CH again - unimpressed!!!!!!!!!
