ideal istor (no power)?

I have an ideal istor boiler that stopped working last night both the hot water and CH, not even hot water on emersion heater either,
The display next to the power button is not lit up and look like no power to the boiler, Altho the timer is lit up.
however i have tested power at the switch and checked it is switching, also check power at various points.
the drawing shows a internal fuse but i cant find it,
any suggestions??
