Thetford 200CWE will not flush?

I have checked the pump is free and the fuse is ok .put a new push button switch on my 200cwe. still not working.do you think the pump as broken

Ease the top flush button bezel off with a flat screwdriver. Then remove the 4? screws of the bezel holder and remove that. Reach into the tank and lift out the pump, but beware of sharp edges around the top opening. In my case the pump rotor had seized, and I freed this with long-nosed pliers, checking that it worked again by pressing the flush button. Then replace the pump, taking care to refit the outlet pipe onto to vertical toilet flush pipe, and clipping the pump back into its clip. Then refit the bezel housing, and the flush button bezel itself. My system works perfectly now.

I have solved the problem myself and if this info is of any use I'll pass it on. Being a two year old caravan I was wary of doing anything to invalidate the 3yr warranty. After a long wait and unhelpful emails from Thetford they sent me a download showing how to get the pump out. I turned the impeller with a small screwdriver....still no action. I gave the pump a gentle tap.......still no action. I gave the pump a less gentle tap and hey presto the pump burst into life. Total time to do about 15mins!! If you have this problem I suggest this order.
1. Check fuse in cassette toilet area. 3 amp
2. Check fuse in main switch panel
3. Check switch either with a test lamp or meter gauge, or watch if bathroom lights dim when switch is pressed as that is normally a sign that the switch is working and drawing power.
4. Remove the pump (a very simple job once you have the info which i can direct you to) turn the impeller with a small screwdriver.
5. If still no action tap the pump until it spins.

I've got the old C2/3/4 can't remember which model it is but the pump on mine has stuck twice [lights dimmed] and I freed it using a small screwdriver to gentley turn the impeler until it turned freely then replaced it into the water and switched on and it worked.
Yours ? don't know where it is but go to www.thetford.com and they allow downloads of manuals for their range of toilets. Just for the record don't run a pump without it being in water.
