I have a Candy Dryer Model nova CDC266 reverse action?

I followed the advice on here and got a new part. Its a heating element. I am so proud that I have just turned it on and it works. Order the part online and get next day delivery.
Just take the silver casing off the back (no need to take the top off the dryer) and attache the connectors like for like.
Perfect....thank you to everyone who gave advice you have saved me loads of cash.

deffo heater problem

You need part number 04820086 from hoover candy parts dept on their website.

You need a new heater element, they are about £35 from most spares places, you will find it behind the panel at the back, pretty simple to replace

Sorry, it's not an answer but just wondered whether you got this fixed. I have the same machine and the same problem. Filter Care light is always on but there's no heat at all. I have cleaned the filter and the condensor unit, but no joy.
