My Creative Zen Nano Plus (1GB) has stopped, replaced Batterys, tried to find reformat instructions to no avail. PC no does not reconize player when plugged in. No In/out info. Any help?
You could try downloading the latest firmware software from the creative labs website.
I have a Creative MuVo N200 which displayed the same problem that you describe with your player. As a last ditch attempt to fix it I downloaded the latest firmware from the creative labs website. I ran the software, it found and updated the player, and for the last 18 months it has worked fine.
