boot up in safe mode & logon on as administrator & go to control panel & select user accounts , then as administrator select change another account ,then select your account & remove password. reboot & that should sort it.

down load software from internet called "OPH Crack" copy the ISO image to a CD, ensure the laptop is set to boot from CD, place OPH CD in laptop switch on and then follow instructions when the program runs up
