Mend Glow-worm 30 Si Hot Water Problem

hot water problem?

my 3 years old, glow.worm 30 si sydstem boiler have hot water problem,can you please help me.the water is only becomeing hot on random occassions although the heating is still working,could you help me this mater,do i need a new part?

When the hot water is on (being used a tap open), does the flame indication go up and down
If it does the heat exchanged is partiallly blocked, you will be able to clean it out normally
You will need to remove the 3 way valve to get it out.
