problem with hotpoint wf340 aquarius?

Hi when I turn the machine on all the lights flash, if I keep turning on and off the machine it will eventually just show the on / off light, then works, ( I would say it's the circuit board fault)

drain hose blockage, be it stand pipe or (sink connection U BEND more likely) or low output flow from the pump water should be gone or close to it BEFORE the drum spins hence yours its throwing it up and out of the soap draw, clear out the pipes check the pump operation
