You refill your boiler by adding water to it via the 'filling loop' - often a flexible steel braided pipe that connects your boiler to the house main water supply. The filling loop has a tap on it - that you open, and the water flows in. Stop filling when you achieve the required pressure,and don't add cold water to a hot boiler!
