Creative Zen Touch - power button stuck on "on"?

supposedly "new' but don't think it is, as looks a bit scratched so probably not in warranty, have already had to send it back to seller to get the volume button fixed as that was stuck. got it back and played fine for one day, but now the power button is stuck so blue light is showing all the time but the screen is blank. button feels as if its recessed. have tried pushing it really hard just clicks slightly and nothing happens - may have been loosened when the vol button was fixed. anyone suggests any outside fixes, or if I open it up what to look for, or am I just doomed to get a new one - don't want to send it back to seller in Hong Kong again.
