Mend Polti Vaporetto Echo Pro 3300+ Replace Forced Broken

How can i replace the valve on my polti?(Vaporetto echo pro 3300+)?

Some one has forced the safety valve open and the valve has broken. I need a new cap and the supplier is no longer in business.
