The timer control panel ( printed circuit board ) has a motor protection surge fuse fitted at the top. Hotpoint say they
can't supply another fuse.....where can I obtain one ? and what is the amp rating of the fuse ??
this fuse normally blows because the motor carbons or armature is worn or there is an earth leak on the armature,This fuse is normally approx 750 ma but you should be ok fitting a 1 amp if you know the wattage of the motor just use ohms law
