How can i remove my starter motor off my fiesta 1.25??

I have a P reg ford fiesta 1.25 zetec. Of which i went to start her up today but she didn't start! and there was a wearing nose or along those lines, she din't turn over or anything i asked my friend whom knows about car's and he said its the starter motor sticking, so he said take it off and we can either replace it or take it to bits and clean it all and lube it up!. but im having a spot of trouble getting the dam thing off! :(... any idea's or pointers to where im goin wrong?.. at the moment i have removed two bolts from the bell housin thats holding the starter motor on!. also a bolt from the bracket on the starter motor which i belive is bolted to the engine block!. but its still not budging!. my mate said there's a 3rd bolt to be removed from the bell housing yet i can't find the damn thing and its doin my head in!.. PLEASE HELP!!....
