Mend Peugeot Speedfight 100c Carb Engine Starting

speedfight 100c not starting possible flooded carb!!?

Hi, when i was siting at the lights the other day my engine just cut out and would not start, on further inspection i noticed petrol leaking from the air filter so i removed the box and it looks like petrol is leaking from the carb and possibly flooded cud this just be the float needle or a just a dodgy carb?

More than likely the float needle has some dirt in it....handle very carefully when you take it out!
