how do i fix a wing mirror?

i have a ford fiesta mk4. my passagner wing mirror has been broken off. the black plastic bit is still attached to the door, how do i take the old off and put a new one on?

remove the door trim, on the black plastic mirror trim on the inside there is a screw hidden behind a blanking plug remove the trim the adjuster knob comes off if you twist it and will then push through the trim panel then there are three 8mm bolts and 1 screw and this holds the plastic bit on the outside refitting is the reverse
