Mend Accenta Security System Home

Accenta. Alarm on only one of the outside boxes started without reason?

With the alarm system not set (we were in the house!) the alarm on one of the oustside boxes went off but not the other one or the internal alarm. Were unable to switch it off but managed to get it onto strobe mode so as not to annoy the neighbours last night!

As Rob said its a tamper fault, could be the box has moved away from the wall slightly.
