This is done in two steps. First take off the inside door panel. This is done by removing the screws in the handle of the door (under the carpet pad). Also remove all screws in the door panel. I know there are two at the bottom corners but cannot remember the location of all of them. When the door panel is loose lift up on it (with some effort) and it will pop off the door frame. The panel the needs to be worked over the handle of the door. Now you should see the inner workings of the door. There will be a plastic layer covering everything. Peel this off at the top to give you access to the connector for the mirror. Unhook the connector. It is actually secured to the door frame or the whole thing would be a lot easier. Now that its disconnected remove the little black plate on the door near the window. It is the cover plate for the screws that hold the mirror. It is triangle shaped on the inside of the door where the mirror is. Remove the screws behind it and your mirror should pull off. Then just do everything backwards for installing the new mirror. Hope this helps! I actually broke mine off twice so I got pretty familiar w/ it.
