how can i fix my m4?

whenever i attach my mp3 mp4 to the computer i get a message saying usb device not recognized. i've tried it on many different computers with different usb cord with the same results. how can i fix that problem? it's an infitek mp3 mp4 player and it didn't come with a manual neither a cd.
