how can i get into back of washing machine model zanussi fls1083w?

unscrew screws at rear to slide off the top cover. check if there is a seam running down each side panel. pop small round circular plastic covers at the bottom, should reveal fixing screws. when removed machine splits in two. manufacturers are now using torx type screws to try to keep people out of the machines. you may need to buy a set of torx screwdriver bits to get the screws removed.

I am not familiar with your machine, but try checking if the front panel is a separate one, if so, it may be that the back and sides come off in one unit. If you can see underneath it, you may find screws holding it in to the frame. Also check under the top panel for similar screws. Good luck.
