not trying to sound smart, not a problem to mess with if you are not familiar, thermal fuse, as you will appreciate is an overheat protector, so when this faults you must ask yourself why, easy to replace, but if problem is still there, it will trip again, we repair ghd, we use high temp thermometer for checking temp, sometimes some adjustments are required, ghd say temp is 210degc, most operate at 170-185degc, but thermal fuse is 212degc, be careful
