How Do I remove the rear wiper arm on 2001 Taurus Wagon?
I would like to know how to remove the retaining clip on the rear wiper arm ona 2001 Tarus wagon. The pictures I've seen were not too helpful. I want to replace the wiper motor. Is there anything else that I need to know to do this. I've already disconnected the power connection to the motor. Thank you
I have a same car. I followed the instruction from Ford repair manual and successfully removed mine.
Raise the wiper pivot arm off the rear glass and pull the latch lever out away from the wiper arm. then lower the wiper pivot arm towards the rear glass. please note the wiper should not touch the glass if you let it go. otherwise, repeat the first step. Now you can remove the wiper pivot arm out by pulling it outwards.
