how to clear temporary files?

if its just a matter of certain files not deleting then you could try a program called killbox its on the net. or you could try using system restore, Start -> Programs _>accessories -> System Tools -> System Restore. and restore your computer to a earlier time
before this problem started.

thank you very much this as helped my computor but alas as not resolved my problem
the error message says" if this does not fix the problem your browser may not be installed properly try reinstalling your browser " would you be able to tell me how to do this

Have u tried disk cleanup. click start -> my computer,
right click your C: drive and select properties and then disk cleanup.
when u have cleaned your drive i would recommend defragmenting it,
right click your drive and select properties then tools then defragment now. both these processes will take a while so make yourself a cuppa n watch telly lol.
