how can i fix orange peel effect on new plaster?

i have recently had wall newly plastered we used watered down paint to sealthis then painted with dulux matt paint one wall only has in a few areas a orange peel effect in places. how can i fix this.

rub down with fine sand paper, orange peel appears because too much paint been apllied with a roller and the roller may be too thick(fluffy)

How long was plaster left before painting? If you paint over plaster that has not been allowed to dry out properly you will get this kind of problem.
