how do i remove a petrol pump from a 1993 nissan micra fuel tank

Nissan Nissan K11 Vehicles, Cars Nissan Micra Petrol

The pump is held in on a plastic bracket with clips. Just pinch the clips, hold the pump wiggle it and it will come out.
The pump also has its own holder, take this off its easier to fit all the lines and the filter on the new pump then fit it back in the holder. Put it all back the way you took it out.

one all of above is removed as described.
to the left of pump there is a clip push in pump housing will
slide forward with a bit of force and wiggling.
then can be lifted out of hole in tank.
hope this helps i just finished doing it:-)

remove plate under rear seats .3 screws remove 2 fuel lines.and 2 power connectors,unscrew cover anticlockwise remove. watch you dont drop rubber seal in tank.pump is suspended in tank on plastic frame how you get pump out of frame with out braking it. not sure yet ? will add details on next attempt.p
