my sansa only opens to the second part and then frozened. i dont know how it got broken but i just drop it once and it only have a scratch on it, after that it work for only a few days and once after that few day the screen goes white and from then it didn't work. i try to connect my sansa to the computer to see if it work all right. i try to wait until the battery goes out and try to recharge it but it didn't work.i took the shield of to see if any things goes wrong. i took the battery off and put them on. still it didn't work. once i give up on fixing it and ask my parent to buy another kind of mp3. after a while i dont care about it. and today i took it out to see if i can fix it again. well, i did. i took the shields of and try to take everything off and put it back. but it didn't work, im so pist i smack it down to the bed and once moment. it worked but i want to make sure that its 100% fixed. so i want to know a professional to tell me what to do.
