Mend Glow-worm Gas Pilot Light

How can I fix my gas boiler?

The pilot light on my elderly Glow worm boiler recently stopped and I did what I have always done - replaced the thermocouple. Now the bolier starts fine and runs well for any time from 5 minutes to an hour or two - then the pilot light goes out again. I have tried another thermocouple, but it is just the same. Any ideas?? Pump is fine.

Have you had your boiler serviced? maybe the pilot is short and not hitting the thermocouple correctly. if these are ok, then it is most likely to be the gas valve.
