cigarette lighter not working?

my son has just bought a fiat punto go 1.2 but has no manual on car and cigarette lighter does not work it may need a fuse but do not know which one it is on fuse box

If it is the fuse... Fuse box under steering wheel remove front panel with screwdriver. There should be icons on reverse side of panel, look for the cigarette icon. It is a blue 15A fuse that is used for the inside light, radio/cassette/cd and cigarette lighter. (1997 Fiat Punto S60.)
