Hello Linda,
Go to www.tandtrepair.com, click on the machines which says stylist, click schematics and then click 457. 347 is not there but the 457 is the same and you can then get the page that will give you a complete diagram of how the tension unit goes, any problems e-mail me, probably easier to see rather than explain.
