I asked yesterday about how to loosen the tension on my free spirit magnetic recumbent bike can you please tell me in a detailed message how to do this, it does use magnetic resistance but I need to know how to move the mag. further from the flywheel Thanks for your help
Normally the mag is connected to a cable. Sometimes you can make adjustments on the cable. In this case you want to try to make the cable longer.
You will need to take of the cover.
