hi there firstly the winder
if you remove the back of the watch i think it wil be a screw fitting on this model
then with the watch glass down on the right hand side you will see the stem of the button inside the movement there should be a small plate just underneith this with a samll divet in push the divert with a small blunt item and slide out the stem and button you may need to pull the button out to set the time to see the plate
if there is no plate the button will be fitted with a screw located in the same place and usually indicated with a small arrow unscrew counter clockwise DO NOT REMOVE THE SCREW COMPLETLY YOU WILL NOT GET IT BACK IN JUST LOOSEN IT SLIGHTLY
regarding the bracelet you can get spare connecting links
but they are pricey so expect a big hole in your wallet most retailers will be able to get these for you id reccomend a small independant jeweller for this as they are normally a lot cheaper than the big corporate shops or better still find a working watch repairer to get you one as they will get it at wholesale and not charge as much
if im honest if you need a connecting link for the watch id let the jewellers sort out the button prob aswell as if it is a screw fitted one they can be tricky to get in and out
